Pre/Postnatal Pilates

Join me for a special pre/postnatal Pilates event to kick off a new recurring weekly class at Wellnest. Join me Friday, October 30th, from 12–1 PM at Wellnest for a special pre/postnatal Pilates event to kick off a new recurring weekly class! We’ll celebrate this new beginning with thoughtful gifts and a glimpse of the movement and community to come. Whether you’re pregnant (like me!) or postpartum and ready to reconnect with movement, this class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected to your body through every season of motherhood. All levels are welcome, with plenty of modifications to meet you where you are. Please check with your healthcare provider first to ensure this class is appropriate for your individual needs. Moving forward, we’ll meet every Friday from 12–1 PM at Wellnest to create a nurturing space for moms to move, grow, and bloom together. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions, I can't wait to see you soon!
