Together, we’ll explore what recovery can look like, how to plan for support, and where to turn when you have questions about your body after birth. What we’ll cover: • Your pelvic floor, core, and recovery: How pregnancy changes your body, what to expect early postpartum, and practical ways to prepare. • The postpartum transition: A conversation about hormonal changes and the demands of recovery and breastfeeding, including changes in energy, sleep, and libido. • Rebuilding and nourishing your body: Supporting recovery through food, rest, everyday movement, and a gradual return to exercise. • “Who do I call for this?”: We’ll talk through concerns like leaking, pelvic heaviness, painful sex, constipation, fatigue, and difficulty returning to exercise—and which providers can help.
