PULSE LIVE × Dharma Yoga House: Yoga Flow Dance Jam at Bridge Hall

Sober, phone-free ecstatic dance. Yoga flow with Kelley Doyle, a band improvising live, restorative ambient set. No experience needed. As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body. PULSE LIVE × Dharma Yoga House is a collaboration between Humane Design and Dharma Yoga House. Kelley Doyle opens the night with a guided yoga flow set to live music by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. The floor then opens into ecstatic dance, followed by a restorative ambient set and small-group conversations to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome. A collaboration with Dharma Yoga House. Dharma Yoga House teachers and instructors get in free. Dharma members can email [email protected] for a member discount code or with any questions. Dharma Yoga House will have a meet-and-greet table at the event for sign-ups and merch.
