As COO of Caylent from 2021 to 2023, she helped lead the company through a period of extraordinary expansion, with estimated annual revenue growing approximately 1,272%. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Onica during a period when the company achieved 800%+ revenue growth before its acquisition by Rackspace in 2019. Ginger brings firsthand experience navigating the operational, organizational, and cultural challenges of hypergrowth.3. Michelle Ng is a senior product marketing leader with deep experience in semiconductors, product planning, product launches, and go-to-market strategy. She has held long-standing leadership roles with Broadcom and Emulex and previously worked across TDK Semiconductor, Rockwell Semiconductor, and Silicon Systems. With a technical foundation in electrical engineering and decades of product marketing experience, Michelle brings a practical perspective on leading cross-functional teams and scaling complex technology businesses.
