Celebrate the final days of summer with Summer’s Last Sip at Chateau Aeronautique Winery’s Airpark location! Enjoy an unforgettable five-course dining experience, with each course thoughtfully paired with your choice of a curated wine, craft beer, or cocktail flight. From Heirloom Tomato, Watermelon & Burrata to Herb-Grilled Bistro Steak and Summer Berry Shortcake, each course brings together the flavors of summer. Lorenzo will guide you through each pairing, explaining the wines, beers, cocktails and sharing the stories behind them. And—because no evening at Chateau Aeronautique would be complete without a little aviation—he’ll mix in some of his favorite flying stories from the cockpit along the way. The evening will also include a special hangar tour, where guests can get an up-close look at Lorenzo’s airplanes and hear a few stories about them, too.
