This interactive Lunch & Learn will explore effective ways to introduce and explain the collaborative option, address concerns and resistance, and help clients and professionals move past the initial hesitation. Our panelists will share their experience, perspectives, and proven approaches for creating an environment where the other spouse may become more open to choosing collaboration. Topics will include: • Strategies for introducing the collaborative process to a hesitant spouse • Addressing common concerns, misconceptions, and objections • Communication techniques that can reduce resistance • Helping clients understand the benefits of a non-adversarial approach • Practical tips for attorneys and other professionals when one spouse is not initially on board • Real-world strategies for getting through the “hurdle” and moving the family toward collaboration Come enjoy lunch, learn from experienced professionals, and take away practical tools you can use in your collaborative practice. If you can't make it to join us at the River and Post, you can RSVP with Amber at [email protected] to be emailed the Zoom Link.
