Atlantic Institute invites you to join our upcoming Cooking Class & Luncheon A festive and aromatic Turkish rice dish, often gracing the table during Christmas and other special celebrations, especially alongside roasted chicken or turkey! Made with rice, chestnuts, pine nuts, currants, and warm spices, this fragrant pilaf brings a warm, festive touch to any holiday table. The program is open to the public with registration. The cost is $20 per person.
