Let go, slow down, and reconnect—this time is for you. What to bring: • Yoga mat • Pillow and/or blanket • Eye mask (optional) We do have the following available if you don't have a mat or eye mask and want one: Mat rental – $3 (limited to 10 available) Disposable eye mask – $1 Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in. Spots are limited for this intimate experience. Relax your body. Clear your mind. Reset your energy. Frequently Asked Questions What should I bring? Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and/or blanket to stay comfortable while lying down. An eye mask is optional. Do I need experience? No experience is needed. This session is open to all levels—just come, relax, and receive. What should I wear? Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. What time should I arrive? Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled. Doors will close promptly at 7:00 PM. Is there an age requirement? This experience is recommended for ages 16+ to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment. Cautions & Considerations Sound baths are generally safe and deeply relaxing, but may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult your healthcare provider before attending if you have: • Sound sensitivity or are easily overstimulated by sound • Epilepsy or a history of seizures • Serious mental health conditions • Are in the first trimester of pregnancy If you are unsure, we recommend speaking with your healthcare provider prior to attending.
