Domestic Abuse Workshop

Join us to learn about red flags and get help in a safe space. This workshop is sponsored by sisters of the Church of Christ. Domestic Abuse Workshop Join us in person for a Domestic Abuse Workshop where we will educate and encourage women that may be traumatized by domestic abuse. We ALL need a better understanding of how to assist survivors and cope with surviving if we are or have been a victim of abuse. In the United States, every 9 seconds a woman is assaulted. Domestic Abuse is an uncomfortable topic to discuss, however, we don't want women to suffer in silence. Men are welcome to attend this workshop, especially those who would like to educate themselves and obtain resources to help victims and to know what to say to a survivor. This workshop is sponsored by concerned sisters of the Church of Christ from area congregations from Central and Northeast Florida.
