FLEX FRIDAY Series Presents: Dance Combat By Diana Reyes Combat Dance is a high-energy fitness class that blends dance choreography with martial arts-inspired movements such as punches, kicks, blocks, and athletic conditioning. Participants enjoy an empowering full-body workout set to upbeat music while improving cardio endurance, coordination, strength, confidence, and stress relief. No martial arts experience is necessary, and modifications can be provided for all fitness levels. Please review and sign The Block Jax fitness liability waiver here. Participation in this or any fitness event at The Block Jax requires a signed liability waiver to be on file. If you have signed a liability waiver for a prior event, you do not have to sign again
