SHED: A Somatic Guided Healing Meditation

Led by KelDenise SHED is a guided somatic-style sound healing experience designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release built-up tension, and create space for rest and emotional release. This experience combines guided somatic meditation with live sound using my sound healing instruments. Guests will be invited to move through intentional breathing, body awareness, grounding, stillness, and relaxation while being supported by the vibrations and sounds of the instruments. Instruments/Tools: • Crystal sound bowls • Ocean drum • Steel drum • Wind chime The experience is intended to feel less like a traditional meditation class and more like a guided opportunity to shed—physically, mentally, and energetically—what no longer needs to be carried. Guest Information Guests should come prepared for a relaxing, low-pressure experience and wear comfortable clothing that allows them to sit or lie down comfortably. They are welcome to bring anything that will make their experience more comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, or yoga mat.
