Hosted at the Mood Fabrics Atlanta Showroom, designer Zayden Skipper will showcase how flat textiles are transformed into dimensional, textured surfaces used in heirloom garments and modern fashion. What You Will See • Grid & Pleat Preparation: How grid-marking works to create precise, even pleats. • Stitch Execution: Live demonstration of fundamental smocking stitches, including classic honeycomb and geometric patterns. • Application: Examples of how smocked panels are integrated into finished garments, blouses, and decorative projects.
