Savasana: A Cozy Nervous System Reset Ritual

An extended savasana (resting pose) designed for deep rest and nervous system reset. Calming tea, blankets, bolsters and eye masks provided. if you’re secretly running on fumes, get in here. Savasana is a cozy nervous system reset ritual designed to help you slow all the way down. In a world that’s always asking for more, this is your permission to do less. To unplug, soften, and come back to yourself. Together, we’ll settle into an extended savasana with gentle hands-on assists (always optional), calming music, and a quiet, supportive space that lets your body fully exhale. Expect a warm, grounded environment where you can release tension, feel held, and simply exist for this 75-minute experience. Includes calming tea, aromatherapy and lavender eye pillow. What to Bring: Yoga mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets are provided. Please bring a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. No prior yoga experience is needed.
