An Atlanta pet festival with local vendors, raffles, breed meetups, music, dog activities and family-friendly fall fun! Celebrate Splootsville Pet Boutique’s first anniversary at a dog-friendly fall festival in Atlanta! Join Atlanta pet parents, neighborhood families and local businesses on Sunday, October 25, 2026, from 1–5 PM at Shirley Clarke Franklin Park.
