Grief doesn't wait for a convenient time. It shows up in the middle of finals. In the middle of the holidays. In the middle of an ordinary Tuesday. And most of the time — there is nowhere to take it. A Night to Selah is changing that. On Wednesday, April 21st, When I'm Grief invites you to an immersive evening designed for one purpose: to give grieving people in Kansas City a safe place to fall apart — and find His strength. This is not a conference. Not a church service. Not a seminar. It is a sacred, beautifully designed experience where you move at your own pace, grieve without a timeline, and leave feeling seen. Why April 21st? This date is personal. It is the anniversary of our founder's mother's passing — The hardest day on the calendar becomes a room full of people who are finally held. She built the place she needed at 21. For everyone who comes after her. Tickets: $10–$30 sliding scale Pay what you can. • Come As You Are ($10): For anyone who needs to be here. Your presence is enough. • Selah ($20): Helps cover the cost of your evening: food, materials, and your resource bag. • Hold Space for Another ($30): Covers your seat and helps someone else attend who couldn't otherwise.
