Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just getting started, this is a great way to move your body, pick up some new skills, and have a genuinely fun Thursday night. No experience needed, just bring your energy and a willingness to try something new. The class runs for an hour and a half at The Frequency Method KC. Come enjoy a fun warm up, learn choreography, and vibe.
