Naka-Kon 2027

An annual three-day convention celebrating anime, manga, cosplay, music, fashion, gaming, and more! We present educational activities that explore traditional Japanese culture. Naka-Kon is held in Overland Park, Kansas, and is the largest and oldest anime convention in the greater Kansas City metro area. We strongly recommend reading the registration page on our website for complete details about how to register, where to pick up badges, and other useful information. Membership Badge Sales Badges will only be available for purchase online at this Eventbrite page, while supplies last. No cash or credit card sales will be available at the convention. Refund Policy All sales are final. We recommend that you wait to purchase the badge until you are sure that your schedule and finances will work out for that weekend. COVID Exception: In the event you fall ill from COVID or other transmissible illness, please contact [email protected] to inquire about membership badge refund or transfer. Adult Escorts Required for Children Attendees age 12 and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult chaperone. This chaperone must be present to pick up the child's badge and have purchased a corresponding adult membership. Badges with Duplicate Names will be Considered Invalid When completing the registration form, contact information for each individual badge must be entered. It is the responsibility of the person buying multiple badges to ensure Eventbrite receipts are provided to additional registrants. This can be done by adding the registrant's email address to their badge record. Badge Transfers You may give or sell your badge to someone who can attend, but you must submit a complete Badge Transfer Form so we can update our registration records. If the transfer is not in our records, the recipient will not be able to pick up the badge. The priority deadline for badge transfers is March 10, 2027. Lost Badges Your badge is valuable and it is your responsibility to keep it secure. Naka-Kon will not refund or replace badges that are lost or stolen. Attendees who lose their badges must purchase a replacement badge to re-enter the convention.
