Opening Reception

Opening Reception for the 44th Annual Benefit Art Auction Salon KCAC's first Exhibition of 2027 is a preview of their 44th Annual Benefit Art Auction. Collectors, art enthusiasts, and friends of the Coalition know this is the best night of the year to acquire art from sought-after established and emerging artists – with ALL of the proceeds going to fund operations, exhibitions and programming for the Kansas City Artists Coalition. KCAC's Annual Art Auction serves as the primary source of support for the organization. Each year, hundreds of artists in our community generously donate artwork to this annual fundraiser. These donations help support KCAC and act as an endorsement for this grassroots arts organization. ART is the star of the Kansas City Artists Coalition’s Annual Art Auctions. Without stellar art from artists working in different styles, techniques and mediums we can not have a fabulous event that helps to introduce patrons and collectors to Artists practicing across Kansas City and the region. The Auction Preview Exhibition will showcase work from a variety of different artists at all career stages. The Preview Exhibition will be on view in KCAC’s Main Gallery and Snap Space. • Opening Reception: First Friday, February 5, 2026, from 5:00 – 8”00 PM • Benefit Auction: Saturday February 20th, 5-9 pm • On View: February 5 – February 20, 2026 • Location: Kansas City Artists Coalition, 3200 Gillham Road, Kansas City, MO 64109 • Gallery Hours: Wednesday – Saturday, 11– 5:00 PM
