Hosted by Sweaty Betty and Eastbrook Studios, this one-day event brings together movement classes, local wellness businesses, recovery experiences, nourishing food and drinks, and meaningful community connection—all in one thoughtfully curated space. Throughout the afternoon, guests can explore local vendors, enjoy wellness activations, connect with like-minded people, and choose the experience that feels right for them. Class availability is first come, first served, and each class will close once it reaches capacity.
