WHERE SWEAT IS A CELEBRATION!! Get ready to sweat and groove at our Throw Down 101® Pop Up Class! Come join us for a high-energy, fun-filled Throw Down 101® Pop Up Class! This in-person event will be held at Motiv8ion Dance Studio led by Amy Yowell - Arlington Owner/Operator. Class will run 60 minutes from 10:30-11:30AM. LIMITED MERCH WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE! Throw Down 101® is our signature format, which features choreographed routines with an emphasis on hip-hop throwbacks and top hits. Get ready to sweat, let loose, and experience a high-cardio packed hour of dance fitness. All levels are welcome!
