Sound Bath + Deep Stretch: A Morning Reset (Part 2)

Slow down, stretch deeply, and reset with a restorative morning of intentional movement and sound. Join me at The Aura House for a morning designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. 🤍 We’ll begin with a deep, intentional stretch focused on creating space in the body and releasing built-up tension, followed by a relaxing sound bath where you can simply get comfortable, rest, and receive. No previous yoga or sound bath experience is needed. Just come as you are. ✨ What to bring: A yoga mat and anything that will help you feel extra comfortable during the sound bath—blanket, pillow, eye mask, cozy socks, etc. Move. Breathe. Restore. Give Back. 🤍 This experience is also part of my NYC Marathon fundraising journey with Bras for Girls, an organization helping remove barriers to movement by providing girls with properly fitting sports bras and breast-health education. Proceeds from this class will support Bras for Girls. Come take a little time for yourself while helping create more opportunities for girls to move with confidence. ✨
