Sound Bath + Deep Stretch: A Morning Reset

We’ll begin with a grounding deep stretch focused on creating space in the body and letting go of some of the tension we carry day to day. From there, you’ll settle in and get comfortable for an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments. No yoga or sound bath experience is needed. A portion of proceeds from this event will benefit Bras for Girls.
