They are allowed inside the park during this event only. Bags/Chairs Covenant Health Park, home of the Knoxville Smokies, has a clear bag policy. Allowed bags are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and cannot exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches. Additionally, small clutch purses, not exceeding 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches, are permitted. Diaper bags and medically necessary items are also allowed, but must be carried in a clear bag, according to the Smokies website. All bags are subject to search upon entry.
