Tactics 2026 | The Mission of God: Why Christians Can't Be Idiots

Two days with Rev. Dr. Steve Jeffery on God's purposes for the world — and why education, family and vocation sit at the center of it. A dull sword doesn't do much. Tactics 2026 is two days on the mission of God, the big picture of what He is doing in the world, and why Christians who want to take part in it cannot afford to be idiots. Education, family life, and vocation all sit at the center of that mission, and our guest speaker will show how. GUEST SPEAKER Rev. Dr. Steve Jeffery is pastor of All Saints Presbyterian Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He co-authored Pierced for Our Transgressions (2007) and The Cross (2012), served as minister of Emmanuel Church in London from its founding in 2009, and was a volunteer chaplain to the Metropolitan Police. He holds a doctorate in physics from Oxford, serves on the boards of the CREC Domestic Church Planting Network and the Reformed Evangelical Seminary, and on the advisory board of the Theopolis Institute.
