Everyone Shares Ideas

ESI is a professional networking and learning event where business professionals connect, share ideas, and learn from their peers. ESI is not just exchanging business cards. It’s a time to bring real challenges to the table, get a fresh perspective, hear what others are doing, and walk away with practical ideas you can put to work. The atmosphere is professional, conversational, and laid-back, giving you the opportunity to learn from your peers while building relationships that can continue beyond the event. How the Event Works 🕒 3:00–3:30 PM | Arrive & Connect Come in, grab a drink and order food, get settled, and start meeting the other professionals attending. This is a relaxed opportunity to make some initial connections before the discussion begins. 💬 3:30–4:45 PM | Peer Discussion & Learning This is the heart of ESI. Bring a question, challenge, strategy, or idea to the group and get feedback from your peers. We’ll share experiences, discuss what’s working, explore different perspectives, and learn from one another. 🤝 4:45–6:00 PM | Optional Networking Want to keep the conversation going? Stick around for an additional 45 minutes of casual networking. Grab another drink, continue a conversation, meet someone new, or dive deeper into an idea from the discussion. This portion is completely optional. What You Can Expect 💡 Share Ideas — Bring a strategy, challenge, question, or idea and get input from other professionals. 📚 Learn From Each Other — Hear different perspectives, experiences, and approaches that you may be able to apply to your own work. 🤝 Make Meaningful Connections — Meet professionals who understand the challenges of business development, marketing, and growing a business. 🚀 Leave With Something Useful — Our goal is for everyone to leave with at least one new idea, connection, or perspective they can put into action. And, of course, we'll be gathering at one of our favorite local restaurants, Cabalar Meat Co. , for a relaxed afternoon of conversation, good food, and good people. Come ready to share an idea, ask a question, or simply listen. Everyone has something to bring to the table.
