NCF Lancaster Ministry Gathering

Connect. Learn. Grow Generosity. You’re doing meaningful work. We want to help you do it well. Join NCF Lancaster for a gathering created specifically for local ministry leaders and fundraisers. The NCF Lancaster Ministry Gathering is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, connect with others doing Kingdom work, and explore practical ways to strengthen generosity within your ministry. Each gathering will feature a relevant topic or conversation around generosity, donor engagement, charitable giving, or ministry leadership, with plenty of space to learn from one another. Whether you lead a large organization or a small ministry, you’re invited to join us. What to Expect During this 90-minute gathering, you'll have an opportunity to: Connect with other ministry leaders in the Lancaster community Learn practical ways to cultivate a culture of generosity Explore strategies for stronger donor engagement Grow your understanding of charitable and asset-based giving Share wins, challenges, and ideas with other ministries Encourage and pray for one another There’s no competition here. We’re rooting for one another. When ministries are strengthened and generosity grows, our entire community benefits.
