The Kingdom of Love Sound Meditation Journey

Experience The Kingdom of Love: a sound journey with Jennifer PageWise, inviting rest, compassion, and connection. The Kingdom of Love A Sound Meditation & Journey with Jennifer PageWise What might become possible if we gave love more room—in ourselves, in our relationships, and in the world around us? Join Soundwise graduate Jennifer PageWise for an immersive sound meditation centered on compassion, connection, and the simple act of receiving. Through the resonant sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments, Jennifer will create an invitation to slow down, rest, and listen inward. The Kingdom of Love speaks to the possibility of living with greater tenderness: offering ourselves kindness when we struggle, recognizing our shared humanity, and bringing care into our everyday encounters. In this gathering, we make space to explore that possibility together. As layers of sound unfold around you, you may notice sensations, emotions, memories, or moments of stillness. Your experience is yours to meet with curiosity, at your own pace. You are welcome to lie down or sit comfortably, adjust your position, and simply listen. No meditation experience is needed. This is time set aside to step away from daily demands and offer yourself care—to be present with whatever you are carrying and perhaps discover a little more room for rest, softness, or connection. Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a blanket, a pillow, and any comfort items that help you settle in, along with water to drink. Come as you are. Let yourself receive. Together, we’ll make room for love.
