Flow & Float - A Movement & Yachting Experience

A curated morning experience by IMPACKT Fitness® in partnership with Floating Kneads Charters. Flow & Float brings together everything a good Saturday morning should include: intentional movement, time on the water, thoughtful food, and the company of people who understand the value of a slow start. Your morning includes a guided stretch and mobility session led by Amirah Kinlaw of IMPACKT Fitness®. Then, board the boat with our partners at Floating Kneads for an hour on the water, light fare, easy conversation, and the kind of quiet that doesn't happen on land. Every guest leaves with a curated gift from our partners. This experience is held in small, private circles. Reserved seating for 8. Your Morning • 9:15 AM — Arrival and check-in at V-NO Wine Bar and Shop • 9:30 AM — The Flow: guided stretch and mobility session • 11:00 AM — The Float: board the boat with Floating Kneads • 12:00 PM — Return to dock, closing, and send-off What's Included Every guest receives light morning fare, beverages, and a gift. Good to Know • Wear something comfortable you can move in and layer for the boat • Bring a water bottle and sunglasses • Bring your mat; there will be a few just in case • In the case of severe weather, guests will be notified 24 hours in advance and offered a spot at a future Flow & Float experience
