You will then get to enjoy the dish made in advance by our Scuola Chef, and you can take your culinary creation home with you! About this Dish: Though many believe this to be a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisù only dates back to the 1960’s. While the classic version utilizes espresso-soaked ladyfingers layered with mascarpone cream, this unique take combined maraschino liqueur-soaked sponge cake, combined with pistachio mascarpone cream, and cocoa powder for a nutty, indulgent dessert you'll love. In this Hands-On Class You Will: · Learn about the traditions and culture of Tiramisù · Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make Tiramisù · Make your own Tiramisù by hand · Enjoy something featuring Venchi chocolates and a wine pairing, as well as your own finished Tiramisù Please Note: · One ticket purchase is valid for one guest · Seating is first-come, first-served · Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes · All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available. · Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine.
