As the days grow shorter and nature begins to release, we are reminded that letting go is not an ending, it is part of becoming. October Alchemy is a meditative journey designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and transform what you are ready to release into wisdom, clarity, and intention. Together we will move through gentle breathwork, guided meditation, intentional movement, reflection, and sound healing, creating space to quiet the mind, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what is stirring beneath the surface. 🍁 Release what has become heavy. 🌙 Honor what the darkness is revealing. 🔥 Transform the old into wisdom. ✨ Create space for what is ready to emerge. Come exactly as you are. Bring a yoga mat, water, and a blanket if you’d like, and wear comfortable clothing. A season of change. A moment of stillness. An invitation to turn within. Welcome to October Alchemy.
