Our horses will help you develop Self-belief: Believing you are capable, even before you have the proof! No riding activities. Strong Body Strong Mind is a hands-on equine-facilitated learning experience designed to help you strengthen self-belief, build emotional resilience, and become more confident in how you respond to challenges. Horses live in the present moment and respond honestly to our body language, energy, communication, and actions. Through guided, ground-based activities with our horses, you'll receive real-time feedback that helps you recognize how you approach uncertainty, communicate your intentions, respond when something doesn't go as planned, and keep moving forward. Strong Body Strong Mind is offered monthly, with each event providing new activities and opportunities to practice, grow, and strengthen the skills you are developing. No riding is involved, and no previous horse experience is necessary. All activities take place on the ground alongside our horses. Come as you are. The horses will meet you there.
