Third Eye After Dark is an immersive evening designed to quiet the outside world and turn your awareness inward. The Third Eye, or Ajna chakra, is associated with intuition, inner vision, perception, imagination, and our ability to see beyond our habitual patterns of thought. Throughout the evening, we’ll explore practices intended to deepen your connection with your own inner knowing. • Come curious. Come open. Come willing to explore the space between what you think you know and what you feel you know. What has your intuition been trying to tell you? Please bring a yoga mat and water, wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket or pillow if you would like additional comfort during meditation and the sound bath. The answers you seek may already be whispering within.
