Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to help a loved one who may be struggling with their mental health. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training equips individuals with the skills to recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use disorders. It empowers people to offer initial support and guidance to those experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health problem, helping them connect with appropriate professional help. The training is widely applicable and beneficial for various settings, including workplaces, schools, and communities. Light Snacks will be provided Lunch is on your own Please register all participants INDIVIDUALLY
