Join us for a series of four free quarterly dinners where you'll build the real-world skills and confidence to make homeownership happen — no prior knowledge required. Each evening includes a shared meal, an educational presentation, a guest expert, and small group discussion. You'll leave every session with a concrete action plan and the resources to follow through. The Four Sessions: • Session 1 — Know Your Money: Build a budget, start saving, and set your home fund goal • Session 2 — Your Credit Story: Understand your credit score and take steps to improve it • Session 3 — Mortgage 101: Compare loan types, understand interest rates, and get pre-approved • Session 4 — From Dream to Keys: Walk through the home buying process and create your personal action plan What's included at every session: A free shared meal · Expert guest speakers · Worksheets & resource materials · One-on-one Q&A time · A supportive community This program is funded by the Good Neighbor Grant and is completely free and open to all community members.
