A Licensed Spiritual Practitioner will lead a short guided practice to connect with the breath and this now moment. Join us for our Sunday Morning Meditation before our Celebration Service. What to expect? A Licensed Spiritual Practitioner will lead a short guided practice to connect with the breath and this now moment. Then meditative music will play as an underscore to our collective silent meditation practice. The entire meditation will last 20 minutes. Chairs are provided and there is space in the back to bring your own meditation cushion or mat if preferred.
