Handcut Fettuccine with Fresh Pesto (Sacramento) Class Description In this immersive, hands-on pasta workshop, you'll learn the art of crafting fresh fettuccine from scratch — from mixing and kneading the dough to rolling and cutting silky ribbons of pasta. Once your noodles are ready, the class dives into a classic basil pesto, made from scratch. What You Will Learn: You'll discover the bright, aromatic balance that makes a great pesto, learning essential techniques like emulsifying, balancing flavors, and achieving the perfect texture. You'll cook your sauce step-by-step alongside your Chef Instructor before tossing it with your own handmade fettuccine. No Experience Necessary: By the end of class, you'll plate your own dish of fresh fettuccine with pesto, enjoy your creation, and leave with the confidence to recreate both the sauce and the pasta in your own kitchen.
