River District Development Update

The River District presents its third annual Development Update, which will include a limited-capacity bus tour of project sites. Join us for the River District’s Third Annual Development Update and get an up-close look at the projects transforming Sacramento’s River District! This year, we’re taking the event on the road with a new guided bus tour featuring active construction sites, completed developments, and proposed new project sites throughout the district. We’ll visit three major projects currently under construction: the Alchemist Public Market, the Sacramento Republic FC Soccer Stadium, and the Kaiser Permanente Railyards Medical Center. Along the way, we’ll explore completed projects shaping the neighborhood today and get a firsthand look at sites with potential for future development. Whether you’re a business or property owner, developer, real estate professional, community stakeholder, or simply interested in Sacramento’s growth, this is an opportunity to see the River District’s evolution firsthand, learn what’s happening now, and discover what’s next for this dynamic and rapidly developing neighborhood.
