Welcome to the Arts for the Soul Music & Fine Arts Series in the beautiful First Presbyterian Church, located in the historic downtown and Capitol area of Lincoln. We offer meaningful, inspiring, and affordable music and fine arts events to our community and the region. 2026-2027 Seasons Events -- 20th Anniversary Season Silent Film Safety Last Friday, April 2, 2027, - 7:30 p.m. Starring film star Harold Lloyd with live organ accompaniment by Brett Valliant. To celebrate 20 seasons of Arts for the Soul, w e are bringing back a fan favorite from years ago. The main attraction will be the classic comedy/action silent film Safety Last starring Nebraska native Harold Lloyd, one of the legends of the silent film era. Brett Valliant is one of America’s greatest theater organists, and one of the few to carry on the tradition of providing live musical accompaniment for silent films. Rounding out the evening will be a special reception with live music celebrating 20 great seasons of Arts for the Soul !
