Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home! About this Dish: Tajarin is the Piemontese version of tagliatelle. Unlike other types of egg pasta, these thin, golden strands are made with a higher proportion of egg yolks, resulting in a delicate texture and rich flavor. Top this pasta with a simple, yet luxurious butter sauce and shavings of fresh truffles of Alba. In this class, you’ll make your own pasta dough from scratch. In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will: • Learn about the traditions and culture of tajarin al tartufo • Observe as our Scuola Chef teaches the group how to make tajarin al tartufo • Enjoy a menu featuring an antipasto and wine pairing, as well as tajarin al tartufo with its own wine pairing • Take home the recipe from the class Please Note: • One ticket purchase is valid for one guest • Seating is first-come, first-served • Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes • All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
