Join us in the WRC Brew Lab and level up your home espresso game! Bring the café experience into your own kitchen! Whether you're brand new to home espresso or looking to dial in your skills, this hands-on class will help you get the most out of your home setup. Learn how to work with espresso like a professional barista—including dialing in, adjusting grind size, and steaming milk to silky perfection. In this class, we will: • Taste and compare two different espresso coffees to understand how beans change the final cup • Troubleshoot and dial in espresso, including grinder adjustments and variable control • Steam milk to achieve café-quality microfoam Perfect for home baristas of all levels.
