Conway Regional Biketoberfest- HFC Indoor Cycling Ride

Indoor cyclists can join Rachel Sidney for an energetic ride at the HFC. The ride is free, but registration is required. Choose your ride and join us for Biketoberfest on October 18! 🚲 Whether you prefer hitting the trail or hopping on a stationary bike, we have two ways to ride and be part of the fun. Please note: This registration is for the indoor cycling ride only. INDOOR CYCLING RIDE Sunday, October 18 at 3:00 pm Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center Join Rachel Sidney, Group X Instructor at the HFC, for a free indoor cycling class. Bikes are limited, and an Eventbrite reservation is required to secure your spot. Spin shoes are not required. Our bikes accommodate both clip-in cycling shoes and athletic shoes. If you are new to cycling, please arrive a little early so Rachel can help you get set up. Participants must be 18+ and will be required to sign a waiver before class. MTB GROUP RIDE Sunday, October 18 at 3:00 pm Meadows Tech Park Trail, Ledgelawn Drive Hit the trail for an outdoor group ride at Meadows Tech Park! The 3+ mile, green-level beginner trail is a great introduction to mountain biking, while more experienced riders can put their skills to the test and chase a KOM on Strava. Experienced trail riders will be on hand to provide tips and directions. We’ll also have refreshments, giveaways and a Conway Regional “boo-boo station” on site for any unfortunate spills.
