An Exclusive Grand Cru Burgundy Event at Wing Hop Fung!

Introducing the Inaugural Release of Vignoble des Cabottes from Artemis Domaines. Please join us for an exclusive tasting focused on the inaugural release of Artemis Domaines' newest Estate, Vignoble des Cabottes. Created to give a distinct identity to 35 hectares of exceptional Côte de Beaune terroirs, the Domaine spans the Grands Crus of Montrachet, Chevalier-Montrachet and the Corton hill to leading Premiers Crus of Meursault, Volnay and Beaune, including Vigne de l’Enfant Jésus. The philosophy is deeply site-driven, combining meticulous biodynamic farming with a precise, restrained hand in the cellar, allowing each climat to emerge with clarity and individuality. The resulting wines emphasize purity, tension, and finesse.
