Andrew's Grilled Cheese and Wine Night

For this pop up dinner, we'll be pairing our famous grilled cheeses with some of our amazing and unusual wines. It’s a twist on our famous Grilled Cheese event - this time we will be serving plates of our decadent open faced grilled cheeses, each paired with an interesting/great/unusual wine. This is unlike any pairing we have done before and you do not want to miss it! It all starts with a starter salad with fresh greens, followed up by four open faced grilled cheeses each expertly paired with a unique wine and finished off with a (wait for it) float using Elio Perrone's Bigaro, a sweet blend of Moscato and Brachetto. It doesn't get any better than that! With advance notice we can accommodate vegetarian requests (no meat) and non-alcoholic beverage pairings.
