Meet Your Host Barre Body by Theresa @barrebodybytheresa Hi, I’m Theresa! I’ve been teaching barre since 2016, and taking barre since 2012! Needless to say it is my favorite workout I’ve found and I want to show you how amazing it is! Barre is great for all bodies, it is a low impact, high intensity method that combines ballet, Pilates, and yoga movements to improve strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance. All levels welcome! No dance experience required! (I embarrassingly showed up to my first class in a leotard!)
