Enjoy a beautiful beachfront Sunday morning w/ Yoga & Sound bath followed by brunch at Beachside Restaurant & Bar Join us for our EDM Yoga® & Sound Bath Residency Hosted by Aloni Ford at the beautiful Jamaica Bay Inn in Marina del Rey, where movement, music, mindfulness & community come together for a transformative morning of connection. Arrive at 8:30 AM to sip tea & coffee, mix & mingle with our community & ease into the morning before we begin our practice promptly at 9 AM. Led by Christina Joy, founder of EDM Yoga®, this immersive experience combines the ancient wisdom of Kundalini, Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga with the modern magic & fun of electronic dance music. Through intentional movement, conscious breathwork & meditation, we breathe to the beat & meditate to the music, creating space to release unconscious conditioning, explore the workings of the mind & reconnect with all parts of ourselves. Our practice invites you to move beyond the physical poses & into a deeper understanding of your own inner world, cultivating self-awareness, nervous system regulation & a greater sense of connection to yourself and the world around you. Following our movement practice, professional sound healer Ramona Resonance will treat you to an immersive sound bath, inviting you to surrender into stillness, drop deeper into your body & integrate the beautiful work you've done through the soothing vibrations of sound.
