Four weeks of hands-on birth preparation for families planning an unmedicated or out-of-hospital birth. Each session builds on the last — physiology, movement, partner skills, and birth preferences. So you leave prepared, not just informed. This cohort of The Circle runs weekly on Mondays from October 5th through October 26th.
