Breathwork • Guided Meditation • Sound Journey with Modular Synth + Crystal Bowls | Energy Work Our subtle body needs tending just like our physical body. This practice will use breathwork, meditation and various tones to vibrate the internal energy channels, leaving us feeling refreshed and restored! Event Includes: Mindful Breathing, Guided Meditation, Chakra Balancing Sound Bath with Crystal Bowls + Modular Synth * SETUP Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences. REGISTRATION Pre-registration is encouraged for this event. Space is limited.
