Full description from organizerShow less
This workshop is for anyone interested in exploring the healing potential of clowning. Through games and exercises, participants are invited to think less and feel more, using embodied play and guided reflection to connect with spontaneity, emotion, and creativity. Together we’ll explore the idea of the “clown body”—a softer, more present way of being that listens to impulses, welcomes vulnerability, and responds to what’s happening in the moment. No performance experience is needed. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to play. Led by Hannah Levin, LCSW and Deenah Vollmer, AMFT
