GRATEFUL: Bikram Hot Yoga Meets Live Sound Bath in Atwater Village LA

A one-of-a-kind experience: a full Bikram hot yoga practice immersed in live sound. Sweat, surrender, and celebrate gratitude together. GRATEFUL: The Bikram Sound Bath Experience A powerful practice. A deeper listen. A moment to give thanks. This Thanksgiving weekend, join Home Studio Hot Yoga for GRATEFUL, a unique experience bringing together the strength and tradition of Bikram yoga with the immersive, healing sounds of live crystal singing bowls. Led by Home Studio's Owner Bobby Javier, and sound bath artist Sandy Duarte, this special 60-minute experience weaves live sound throughout the full Bikram practice, inviting you to move, breathe, listen, and connect in a new way. As movement meets vibration, you’ll have space to find your focus, deepen your presence, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re a longtime practitioner or new to the practice, come as you are and share this moment with our Home Studio community. Afterward, stay awhile to explore the studio’s cold plunge, refresh with a shower, enjoy tea, and connect with fellow practitioners. Come move. Come listen. Come celebrate the gift of being here.
