Guided Journaling Workshop

Join us for a guided journaling event, led by Elizabeth Small! Join us for an exploration of being human through writing, conversation, and tactile creativity. The workshop will open with a guided journaling exercise, followed by group discussion, an interactive activity, and a brief meditation. Caspian Coast Coffee will be joining us to offer signature beverages. We kindly ask that you RSVP for this event. About Elizabeth: Elizabeth Small is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, songwriter, and creative who believes that our mental health and creative lives are deeply intertwined. Through her private practice, Elizabeth offers a warm, deeply human space for exploring anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, identity, and the parts of ourselves that can get lost beneath the pressure to have it all figured out. As an artist herself, she brings both clinical expertise and lived entertainment industry experience to her work, with a particular passion for helping people reconnect with their intuition, curiosity, self-trust, and authentic voice.
